Как заказчик описал требования к работе:
1. Select a real-life decision-making problem requiring the choice of the best alternative based on multiple criteria. Ideally, choose a problem that is both significant in real-life scenarios, supported by real data, and aligns with your personal interests.
a) Provide a detailed description of the
selected decision-making problem, including
relevant data sources, and explain why it is important to solve it. Outline the criteria used to evaluate the alternatives. The thoroughness and clarity of your problem formulation and explanation will be assessed.
b) There should be at least 8 alternatives, and at least 5 criteria to evaluate these alternatives.
c) Some criteria may have different levels of importance.
d) The criteria that require minimization should be converted into maximization criteria.
2. Normalize all criteria so that they have the same scale (e.g., from 0 to 10, from 0 to 5, from 0 to 100, etc,). Indicate the importance of each criterion and explain the rationale behind
