An assessment of business prospects and equity value of PAO SIBUR Holding

You MUST include at least the following sections in your presentation:
1. A brief explanation of SIBUR’s business and investment plans
2. A summary of SIBUR’s competitive advantages and main risks that SIBUR faces
3. Your version of SIBUR’s detailed 5-year (or more) business plan, including operatio
nal, investment and financing cash flows. Please make sure to show both Free Cash Flow and EBITDA. Explain the logic for your assumptions in each line
4. Your calculation of SIBUR’s weighted average cost of capital (WACC). You need to explain in detail your choice of risk-free rate, beta and ERP data (with sources) as well as your estimate of SIBUR’s cost of debt
5. Enterprise value and equity value based on the business plan you have prepared (expressed in US Dollars)
6. Valuation based on other methods, such as comparable companies and precedent transactions. Please explain your choice of such peers or transactions
7. If your analysis’ result is materially different from the most recent (rumored) equity valuation for SIBUR ($13.38bn), please suggest possible reasons for this difference
8. Your recommendations to the management of SIBUR as to possible ways to improve SIBUR’s shareholder value. Explain the logic for each recommendation with reference to corporate finance theories studied in the class
