For instance, start by defining what cruise line is, what are the elements that make it. Than describe the history, and up to today. In the next chapter talk about what ever you want (marketing, river cruises etc.). All the chapters i read so far seem to talk about similar things. it felt a little r
epetitive. Please structure your data more.
Also make sure that the titles of each chapter properly represents the content of each (chapter 1.1 'History of cruise line industry'
Furthermore, your information is 'old'; you often gives data of 2008, 2009, 2011 and talk about it as if it is recent. I sometimes have the feeling that I read a thesis written in 2012. Make it more up to date.
Don't forget that prior to your chapter 1, you have to write an introduction, in which you explain the research question(s), the reasons and relevancy of the subject as well as an overview of the entire thesis . Of course, you can do this later, as long as you don't forget it.
