The judges of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation are appointed by the Federal Assembly on the proposal of the President. (работа была выполнена специалистами author24.ru) All other judges in Russian Federation are appointed by the President on the proposal of the Chairman of the Supreme court. The Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation checks, according to the rules fixed by federal law, the constitutionality of a law applied or subject to be applied in a concrete case. The Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation gives its interpretation of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Acts or their provisions recognised as unconstitutional shall become invalid.
*С 2015 года в РФ отсутствует такой орган как Высший Арбитражный Суд. Его полномочия переданы Верховному Суду.
** Советом Федерации по представлению президента назначаются только судьи Конституционного и Верховного судов. Все остальные судьи без исключения – лично президентом.
*** КС (и только он!) не интерпретирует законы, а проверяет их соответствие Конституции РФ. А вот по самой Конституции он может давать толкование.
