Gender and Sexuality. The form of an extended review essay of Holly Wardlow’s book ‘Wayward Women’

Summarise the content of the book paying special attention to the main theoretical perspectives and most relevant ethnography.
Discuss the books main arguments and content using theories from the course literature and lectures. Your answer must include theory from the books by Mascia-Lees and Black,
and Donnan and Magowan, and at least four of the articles from the course. Should also include some discussion of Wardlow’s fieldwork and methods.
All quotations in your answer must be clearly identified as such, either within quotation marks or as indented text. Quotations must be referenced. If you use any material from the Internet the full web address must be provided and the date you accessed the material.
Apart from any relevant quotations all of the answer must be written in your own words. Your answer must be between 2,000 and 2,500 words in length.
