Study on constitutionalism in the Russian Federation is a significant trend of jurisprudence. It is connected with the decision block significant in scope of tasks to strengthen the constitutional system of the state. To date, the Russian constitutionalism understood and perceived by society as a fundamental factor of building a democratic state. It has an impact on the further development of a set of rights and freedoms of man and citizen, the institutional strengthening of civil society.
