A new area of research in finance has become the study of network finance, which is a combination of financial communications, the main medium of which is the Internet. Network finance is different from online finance (traditional) new opportunities that the Internet offers.

The article deals with the concept of "network finances." Analyzes the differences between online and off-line finances. Determined finance development direction under the influence of online finance. It is shown that the network finances broadly relate to any on-line transaction with the inclusion of money in circulation, and in the narrow purpose, only those that are related to financial institutions or activity lead to the formation of new online financial services or products.
