The desire for change of residence place is one of the main characteristic features of the person. More than half a century ago with the adoption of the universal Declaration of human rights, the right to freedom of movement received international recognition. Article 13 of the Declaration reads as follows: (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each State. Аnd (2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including their own, and to return to their country.
Topicality
• Migration plays an important role in the state development. Moreover, today it is an inherent attribute of the market economy. The migration processes are characterized by a plenty of controversial points. So, let us consider the pros and cons of migration and its’ part in changing peoples’ economic situation.
The aim of our research
• To reveal social and economic barriers in the course of migrant adaptation.
Goals
• To study the scientific literature and articles concerning the problem of migration.
• To consider the existing state restrictions for obtaining citizenship status in different countries.
