Одним из ярких примеров войны, печально известной за её преступления, стала война во Вьетнаме. Отголоски этих преступлений прослеживаются как в политической, так и в культурно-экономической жизни нынешнего государства. Также особенностью именно данного конфликта стала широкая освещённость военных преступлений обеих сторон конфликта, что позволяет в полной мере изучить это явление, а также дать ответ на многие спорные вопросы, которые связаны с событиями этого конфликта.
