INTRODUCTION
The novelty of the investigation. Having the ability to write complete and effective sentences is a significant factor in being a successful academic writer and requires a comprehensive understanding of sentence structure. It is important to create sentences that are correct, inventive, and engaging to the reader while conforming to the grammatical conventions and expectations of good writing. This enhances the development of a writing style and demonstrates a level of confidence and expertise.
The main semantic relations between the clauses connected coordinately are copulative, adversative, disjunctive, causal, consequential, resultative. Similar semantic types of relations are to be found between independent, separate sentences forming a continual text. As is known, this fact has given cause to some scholars to deny the existence of the compound sentence as a special, regular form of the composite sentence.
The aim of the investigation is to analyze the main types of the sentence according to their structure, particularly Compound Snetences.
Tasks of the investigation set to achieve the aim are:
To give the definition of a sentence;
To analyze the main types of sentences;
To analyze the Compound Sentence, its structure and contents;
To analyze the main problems of Compound Sentence as a polypredicative unit.
The object of the investigation is the Sentence, its types and components.
The subject of the investigation is the Compound Sentence.
The practical value of the investigation: Materials of the work will help students, teachers in mastering both the basics of the theory and practice of grammar analysis.
The structure of the work consists of introduction, two chapters and conclusion. At the end of the work is given the list of references.
