Mrs. Smith is an old woman. She has a large family. There are five of them: her husband, a daughter and two sons. Her husband's name is Simon and he works at a plant as an engineer. Her daughter Susan is a student. She goes to the college every day except Saturday and Sunday. Her older son John graduated from Oxford University and works at an office as a manager. Michael, the younger brother, goes to school; he is about 15 years old. They have their own comfortable house (собственный дом). There are three bedrooms, one living room, a study-room, a kitchen and a bathroom in the house. There is a small garden behind the house. Every morning they leave the house at 8 o'clock and come back at 7 o'clock. But Mrs. Smith doesn't work, she is on pension. Usually she keeps the house and cooks meals. Her children help her with her work. In the evening they like to sit on the sofa and watch TV, or read books, or listen to music. Sometimes they go to the cinema or to the theatre.
Миссис Смит пожилая женщина. У нее огромная семья. В семье 5 человек: ее муж, дочь и двое сыновей. Ее мужа зовут Симон, и он работает на заводе инженером. Ее дочь студентка. Она ходит в колледж каждый день кроме субботы и воскресенья. Ее старший сын Джон окончил Оксфордский университет и работает в офисе менеджером. Михаил, младший брат, ходит в школу; ему около 15 лет. У них свой собственный дом со всеми удобствами. В доме есть три спальни, одна гостиная, рабочий кабинет, кухня, ванная. За домом есть маленький сад. Каждое утро они уходят из дома в 8 часов, а возвращаются в 7 вечера. Но миссис Смит не работает, она на пенсии. Обычно она следит за домом и готовит еду. Ее дети помогают ей по дому. Вечером они любят сидеть на диване и смотреть телевизор, или читать книги, слушать музыку. Иногда они ходят в кино или театр.
