Built in 1995, this complex was renovated in 2000, and offers a total of 191 apartments/studios. The analyzed researches data demonstrated, that quality of the given service influences on a choice of the hotels significantly – it is an answer of 49 % of the general number of respondents, the main factor is the degree of service of 26,5 %, the second one - a speed of granting of service - 13 %, cost of service - 8 %, and only 3,5 % have included the account of specific features in the line of the most significant factors.
All parameters of positioning of hotel LOS OLIVOS in the market were presented in the Table 3.
In conclusion it’s necessary to admit that LOS OLIVOS should promote its development, define and support priority directions in hotel industry, update its image continuing advertising its hotel product at the international level.
