2. This article is about behavior officers at different contacts with citizens.
3. The main idea of the article is how officers must act to get needable and important information, but not to intimidate citizens.
4. I learned that there are many approaches to deal with different groups of citizens.
5. In conclusion it is say that we must do our best, use right methods in communication with citizens to increase the flow of communication and gain cooperation.
6. I found the article very interesting and informative, because I think that a lot off officers make mistakes communicating with people, citizens, but this article gives them understand how they must do and how must not.
