The operating efficiency of a company is defined by the following factors: technical and organizational level of production, personnel qualification, motivation and remuneration rate, development strategy. These mechanisms are generally regulated by different normative documents. At the same time the personnel of any company is involved in a special form of relationships that can not be formally regulated. In company management the abovementioned relations become evident in the informal division of labor, the presence of some informal leaders, habits and traditions as well as in company's morale. This kind of relations is generally referred to as a “corporate (or organizational) culture”.

Corporate culture is a “spirit” of a company that gives it some invisible guide levers.
