The main theme of our research is Cold War then and now. First of all we should consider the concept of Cold War.
The Cold War is the name given to the relationship that developed primarily between the USA and the USSR after World War Two. The Cold War was to dominate international affairs for decades and many major crises occurred – the Cuban Missile Crisis, Vietnam, Hungary and the Berlin Wall being just some. For many, the growth in weapons of mass destruction was the most worrying issue.
The aim of our research is to find out the peculiarities of Cold War and its possibilities in a modern World.
It is considered that the cold war is a phenomenon of the XX century and it began after a speech by Winston Churchill in Fulton (USA) March 5, 1946. In a certain sense it is. Although the beginning of the cold war of the West against Russia can be attributed from that date almost 30 years ago, when after the First World War, the United States began to make the first claims to world domination and beyond. We will be talking about modern history, about today...
The object of our research is the peculiarities of relationships during the Cold War. As the purpose of this article is the peculiarity of Cold War and its possibility in a modern World, we should analyze the history aspects and modern world’s situation.
