INTRODUCTION
As it is well known in nowadays world, cognitive biases are the reason of inaccurate and illogical interpretation or so-called irrationality. In the twenty first century the society is highly interested in being aware of psychological and cognitive process to become well-educated and, as a result, more effective individual.
Many of the biases affect belief formation, business and economic decisions, and human behavior in general. They are even more dangerous because individual's construction of social reality which is definitely not the objective input may dictate their behaviour in the social world. The other side of the cognitive process is worse if we pay attention to the well-known fact that cognitive biases are more and more often a result of one’s attempt to simplify information processing which leads to various forms of misunderstanding and makes communication more complicated for the involved individuals. We should also remember about stereotypes as one of cognitive biases considered to be an acute problem of modern society. Therefore, it is not surprising that reducing of individual cognitive biases is one of the most noteworthy aspects of psychological and cognitive issues.
According to the topicality, the subject of our research is individual cognitive biases which are especially important both for nowadays society and individuals.
We can lay down the aim of our research, which is to study reducing of individual cognitive biases. These aims determine more specific problems of our research:
— to define cognitive biases;
— to study cognitive biases as a psychological and cognitive phenomenon;
— to study various types of cognitive biases;
— to study cognitive biases impact on an individual;
— to study reducing of individual cognitive biases.
Thus, we can conclude that the object of our research is reducing of individual cognitive biases.
According to the subject, the aims and the problems of our research we use several research methods in our work such as theory as a system of logically interconnected statements, formalization and introspection.
This research consists of the contents, the introduction, two chapters, the conclusion and the list of used literature.

CONCLUSION
Cognitive biases, such as confirmation bias or fundamental attribution error, are a human tendency to use shortcuts in information processing and decision-making. In clinical investigations, a bias is any systematic factor other than the intervention of interest that affects the magnitude of an observed difference in the outcomes of a treatment group and a control group. As many of the biases affect belief formation, business and economic decisions, and human behavior in general, they are considered to be highly important in effecting individuals. Therefore, it is significant to find a better way to reduce the influence of cognitive individual biases.
If people do not recognize them in their thinking, they will be prone to error. To understand the ways of reducing the influence of individual cognitive biases, we turned our attention to C. Beard, R.B. Weisberg and N. Amir and their study “Combined cognitive bias modification treatment for social anxiety disorder: a pilot trial. Depression and Anxiety” as well as some others.
The experiments suggest that educational games hold promise at effectively teaching people about cognitive biases, a fairly pernicious aspect of human information processing and decision-making. However, even more research is needed to examine whether other game features might have a greater impact on learning.
